both are elite weapons contractors and have the capabilities to provide limited mercenary support (in the case of allies it would be called help)

Added contracts to support it.

okay, that works, they basically provide unique projectile weapons that propel a collapsed atom projectile at a fraction of the speed of light. they provide nukes and various laser or plasma weapons too. they are called O'Neil Armories or ONA for short i guess
