After the whole talk on Gertragia, the little chat that he had with dos in private. They would be off to the station that the humans were at as his soldiers were on board, working on the systems of the ships they had to getting everything checked out.The ships they were in was Neon's personal flagship but it's just a improved model of a Terra-battleship.The other 3 ships behind them were Kami-kaze Assusalt/carrier,that had a few star-ships aboard for protection. The group of Neon, and Neilson were on the bridge as they would have 30 minutes before they made it to the station.

Neon was sending messages to many of the crews to keep an eye out for trouble and that they keep the weapons ready.Neon also has some mechs aboard his ship but they hidden until really needed."Neilson I need you to take over the bridge for the time being" He would walk over to the living quarters where Dos and Thomas were welcomed to stay on the ship that had food, water, and other things needed, as he knocked on Dos's room."Hey is it okay to come in,we need to talk"

OOC: Hopes this is okay, and etc

Neilson nodded and took over the bridge. "communications, broadcast a request to dock, just for us though, the rest of the fleet has enough fuel to last" He walked over to the viewscreen and looked over the scans of the defending fleet, reading off the energy signatures. "alright, bring the broadcasting beacon online, i really do not want those ships firing at us, we do not have enough firepower to even hold out."

"Incoming transmission sir" Said the communications officer
"Put them through"
"yes, sir! Patching them through now."

The viewscreen flickered over to a new picture and this one was of an 18 year old human, probably one of the commanders of the fleet. The face recognition software recognized him as Samuel O'Neil, identifying him as the commander of the ONMC fleet.

"This is Samuel O'Neil of the ONMC Normandy task force, third fleet. Please identify yourselves and hold position"
"This is Lieutenant Ram Neilson of the ROS task force 29, second fleet, fourth squadron. My captain cannot be here right now as he is busy attending to other matters. We have humans on board."
"Humans? Wow, that's a first, could we by any chance know the names?"
"They would be a Dostaria Mankiller and Thomas Sherwood, do you know them?"
"Not really but i ... ah, here we go. Your ship is cleared to dock in landing bay ... seven, though the rest of your fleet will have to stay at vector 2398 November, 8769 Wiskey, 7845 Foxtrot."
"Uh ... could you just mark those out?"
"yeah sure"

A three dimensional map with a single vector came up and was auto fitted to the Map that the ship carried. Meanwhile, another map also traced a docking trajectory to one of the docking struts.

"That better lieutenant?"
"Yes mister O'Neil, that is much better. We will begin docking procedures immediately."
"Good, several Breacher-class vessels will escort your remaining ships to the coordinates. Have a nice day"
"You too man"

The screen blinked off and was replaced by a bunch of other windows showing the calculations and the trajectory towards the station while Neilson walked back to his Vice-commanders chair. He sat down and pressed a button on the armrest, activating the intercom.

"Sir, we have received clearance to dock. Escorts are breaking off to another orbital vector. Prepare for deceleration. Neilson out"

Dostaria was daydreaming, something she hadn't done much ever since she'd arrived in Sigma. The girl had changed a lot since then. Her hair was darker, her eyes a richer shade of red that looked almost purple in a certain light, and she was also taller and more ladylike than before. She moved towards the porthole beside her bed while putting her hair into a ponytail.

She would be reunited with the members of her shattered race soon. The ones that knew of her thought she was dead, but there wasn't that many that knew of her. Mainly only Caleb. She hadn't even thought about him since she figured out that he wouldn't come to save her. It would be sort of weird, her feelings for him weren't really simple. The crush she'd had on him was almost completely gone, but she still wanted to be his friend. They had been friends right? She didn't even know. Oh well. Dos wasn't going to let it bother her. She looked out at the stars whizzing past and wondered what the station would be like, her wondering was interrupted though when she heard Dante at her door. "Yeah, come in." She flashed him a smile. Dos was so grateful for him taking her here. "What is it you wanted to talk about?"

ooc: Ugh. e.o I HATE THIS POST.

Also... Dostaria... MANKILLER. (?) 8I

Neon came into the room as he smiled back at her and quickly sat himself down in a chair. He was about to talk, when Neilson had said that they had clearance to dock soon.He pressed the button on the wall as he actived the intercom to the bridge again."Fine make sure that the escorts keep in contact with our group, and still keep an eye out were not in a safe zone yet" He cut off the intercom as he turned back to Dos.He wondered, what would happen now that they will meet more humans in this place. As he went to sit next to her on the bed and looked at her hair,he liked it that it was in a ponytail it looked nice.

"I really like your hair like that,it looks good on you"He said with a charming smile towards her.He really didn't know, what to say next to that but knew that it was good to give comments. He moved hand as he just lay his over hers"When we get to station,I don't know what's going to happen. All I know is that I will be there to protect you, just believe in me okay if there is any trouble I will be there to get you out even moral support" He looked into her eyes as he knew that he would keep that promise to her.

Neilson heard the broadcast over the intercom and switched half of the screen to targeting computers, though none of the weapons were online yet. There didn't seem to be any need for them, the locale seemed pretty friendly, some of the ships even sent friendly pings and messages to his ship. The ship began to slow dawn and enter a docking trajectory, aligning with the station's docking struts, pretty soon, the ship automatically shut down the engines as powerful electromagnets on the station began guiding the ship in. A few jerks and shakes occurred as the magnetic field adjusted any minor errors in trajectory, nothing big, but there was one that he felt rather noticeably when the ship jerked three inches to one side.

The docking strut unfolded and the ship jerked violently as it made contact with the strut. It locked an immediately began pulling the ship in slowly so as not to damage the shield keeping the atmosphere in.

Neilson hit the intercom button and sent a message through the entire ship. "All units, we have successfully achieved dock, we will enter the ship's landing bay soon. Clamps will deploy in five minutes, finish whatever your doing. We are cleared to disembark in 7 minutes. Neilson out."

PostSubject: herppppppppderp   Well the station might get new guests EmptyMon Jul 18, 2011 7:46 pm

"T-Thanks," she replied automatically. It was just a simple ponytail, it didn't even have any parts braided or anything. It was loose too, she'd probably have to re-do it before too long. It was so blatantly obvious that Neon had a thing for her, even if he hadn't told her about it. And then he put his hand on her's and she could help turning a little red. She'd never had someone say something like that to her. She'd never had parents to confide in, and the friends she'd had back on Earth were just playmates. "Dante..." She wanted to hug him, but she doubted that that would help the awkwardness of the situation, so instead she just sat there, eyes fixed on the floor, processing what he said for a moment. He was so nice to her, but what had she ever done for him beside cause him trouble. No. He liked her, she wasn't trouble.

Suddenly she brought his eyes up to his and held the hand that was on top of her's. "Thank you Dante, that really means a lot to me." She pulled away from him, eyes downward again, hoping desperately that he didn't take that the wrong way like he probably would. She stood up and wandered her small room, redoing her hair to have something to focus on.

An odd noise filled the room through the intercom, even after Dante cut it off after Neilson finished speaking. It sounded like static, but there was a few blurbs of an otherworldly sound here and there. It took a few moments for her to recognize the blurbs as a voice. Dos was suddenly very uneasy, and regretted moving towards the opposite side of the room from Dante. The voice was like something you would hear in a horror movie; deep, menacing and even desperate. Even though she couldn't understand a word of what whoever it was was saying, the voice filled her with fear. Just as she was about to ask what was going on, Dos looked out of the porthole and saw it.

A ship. An Evoknight ship, in some of it's glory. She could recognize it by its angled shape and golden gilding. They were still around? Hadn't the other humans finished them?! Dos tensed. Surely there weren't more. No, this was just a leftover behemoth. As it came closer Dos began to feel more and more like a prey animal, trapped in the gaze of a predator. The ship looked fully armed, although battered up. The voice on the intercom stopped, and she found herself missing it. Now it was only her, her thoughts, and the sound of her heart thudding against her ribs. I can't die. I have things I have to do. She thought of Weavon, and her vendetta. I don't want to die, I won't die. Dante can find a way out of this, can't he? And me, I have a power. But I haven't used it in so long!As it got closer it's state of disrepair became more evident. It was like a zombie, with parts of it's outer hull ripped off, exposing some of its inner workings. For some reason it was more frightening this way. It was like a ghost of the war, but unlike a ghost it was tangible, and instead of merely frightening it killed. Dos ripped her scarlet gaze away from it and turned to Dante, wordless.

PostSubject: Re: Well the station might get new guests   Well the station might get new guests EmptyMon Jul 18, 2011 9:59 pm

Thomas stared at the ceiling in his bed, bored as any kid could be. The trip was boring, much boring than he expected. He imagined warp speed that would knock him off his feet, space battles, and tight maneuvers. None of that happened. Just a straight path through the blackness of space while operators with monotone voices occasionally muttered something over the intercom which was loud and blaring in his ears even if it were far away on the ceiling.

He vaguely knew where they were going. Where the other humans are was the big thing apparently. He imagined to see millions of people put together in comfortable rooms with families of four in odd, but comfortable clothing. How weird would that be? He hadn't been around more than three or four people at a time for a while. He frowned. Did this mean he had to go to school again? Math tests, quizzes, long essays about things he didn't understand. Nothing but quiet and sitting up straight and waiting for the teacher to start talking.

"I've got to get out of here," he groaned to the ceiling, no longer wanting to be in the room on the ship and going towards this new... Place. He'd been moving around too much. Too many ships that takes him to places he didn't know. When was something exciting going to happen? Space was dull. He had more fun when he sat in front of the TV and watched reruns of those extended purse commercials on the fashion network. Katwalk! it was called.

Thomas rolled out of bed thinking of nothing better to do than to find food and try to get into the cockpit again. There had to be some kind of teleport button in there! He looked out the window, seeing the same distant stars and black background that he saw last time he looked out here. Where they even going anywhere? He stumbled back, nearly falling into the bed again when the ship suddenly jerked. He perked up and then ran to the window again. Something's happening!?

... No. Thomas frowned again. This was space! There's always supposed to be something blowing up! "Where's the enemy fleet!?" There's always an enemy fleet! Come on! Cloaking devices? No! They would have picked it up on radar and red flashing lights and sirens would have gone off. He pressed his face against the glass window. There had to be something out there. From the far corner of the window he saw the edge of something. No matter how much he tried to cram his neck he couldn't quite see it. For a moment his heart soared. Maybe that was it!? Yes!?

He had to see this thing. Thomas ran from his room, knowing that the next window over had would have a much better room. Luckily the next room over was Dostaria's and the door was wide open. He ran in without an introduction, seeing Neon in there and Dostaria looking stunned in speechless. Does that mean she saw it too!? He practically jumped up to the window and was immediately brought to awe. Right in the window a distance away was a huge ship! It might have been more impressive if it didn't look so beat down. If there were any hope for a battle of intense explosions and lasers it was going to be quick. That thing didn't look like it could take a hit! Still, it was the first ship he saw on this boring trip that wasn't their own.

"Dos! Dos!" Thomas yelled, grinning from ear to ear, pointing at the glass with boundless energy. "Did ya see it!? Isn't that cool!?" Yeah that was frickin' cool! "Do you think it's gonna shoot at us!?" Man won't that be cool!

So they were docking soon, which is a good thing for them as he looked at the floor.Neon really wanted to talk to her some more and actually ask her something but knew he shouldn't yet.Next thing he knew that, she had moved away of course he knew the reason why but still he it was his fault. He stood up as he was about to talk to her again but as soon as she turned around, her expression put him on the edge.

He turned to the porthole as he saw the remains of a Evoknight ship and he quickly sprang into action. As he pulled Thomas over his shoulder without warning and grabbed dos hand as he started to jog to the bridge."We have to get a better picture of the target"As he got both of them to the bridge they would see the whole ship as it was about the size of a Intermediate ship but it was weak.

He quickly put Thomas on the ground as he still held dos hand in confront,as he turned to Neilson."Neilson get all available weapons online and start to blast the ship out of space.....also if we still could stop the docking system to use the plasma cannon soon would be nice"He would let Neilson take command of the ship because he needed to think about how those evoknights were not on the radar for so long.If the enemy ship stilled survived,he would love to savage anything on that ship that was still useful.

Neilson jumped as the captain charged onto the bridge dragging the two humans along. O'Neil popped up on the viewscreen without an answer to a hail, though this was of no matter to Neilson at the moment.

"Mister Neilson, you are in danger right now. I am disengaging the magnetic field and the docking strut, feel free to engage at will. I will provide additional intel once the engagement begins."

Neilson didn't say anything, actually he did say something to the crewmembers as the containment field dropped and the ship began a free drift again.

"Power up engines! Prepare for evasive action, get us as far away from the station as possible. Everyone hold onto their lunch!"

He ran for the chair and hit the intercom yelling "All units man battle stations immediately, we are under attack. Engine room, crank out as much power as you can, I don't care if it overloads but just get us more thrust."

The ship jerked violently and he was only able to keep his footing because he was holding onto the command seat. O'Neil popped up again on one corner of the viewscreen along with several schematics of the ship.

"Lieutenant, a scan indicates that the ship is at least 70% functional despite the damage it has taken, radiation levels say that the ship has a weak spot on the port side and many of the guns have been stripped away. Good luck"

"Wait, O'Neil get back ..."

The window flickered out and several areas on the schematics were blotched with red to show how much damage the Evoknight ship had sustained. The Terra class battleship flew out of the confines of the partially complete space station and took its very first hits. The ship rocked side to side as the gyro's attempted to even out the bridge, and sparks flew from a control panel. That one of the Ant soldiers was operating, forcing the Ant soldier to click madly in frustration and bend to its task of damage control.

"All starboard missile batteries open fire on the head, engines and dead center mass, all laser turrets fire at will, disable those lasers"

Lasers and missiles flashed out while a 360 degree real time 3D view of the battle was displayed by the ceiling holo projectors in vivid detail on the bridge. An explosion appeared on the Evoknight ship's Engines but it wasn't enough to disable them. The Evoknight ship began to turn with the ship, in order to bring the most guns to bear.

Several impacts registered on Neilson's ship as several lasers got through and the AI warned of an air leak. The sections were closed but one of the missile batteries was damaged.

"Damage control! Get some engineers down there, i need that missile battery back up at full ops stats right now! Weapons officer! Mark the spots with the highest concentration of radiation and have all batteries fire at that spot!"

Several more impacts rocked the ship and more sparks flew from the bridge as sensors were burned out, the bug at damage control began venting steam and the AI began auto sealing the air breaches.

The port side missile magazines ran clean out of missiles just as the last missile blew off an armor plate and revealed the Ship's glowing reactor core.

"Alright! Thats what i'm talking about. Engines! Put us between the station and the ship, pivot on my mark, now go!"

The ship made a full 180 turn and the Engines roared with such force that the entire ship reverberated. The inertial dampeners tried their hardest to minimize the G forces but alas, it was not enough and The entire bridge crew experienced one Earth Gravity in the direction of the back of the ship. Neilson kept egging on the maneuvers controller to keep it up.

The ship charged Its massive nose mounted plasma wash cannon, tuning the focus all the way up. It came around between the Evoknight ship and even though it was only an Evoknight cruiser, it was still twice as large as the Terra-class ship. It turned and began charging its lasers to hit the pesky cruiser with all it had. "NOW!!" Yelled Neilson and the cruiser flipped to face the Evoknight cruiser ... and its exposed power core.

Neilson flipped open a switch on the command chair that revealed a single red button. "Eat shit and die." And he pressed the button. The experimental focusing rings mounted around the muzzle of the cannon was originally meant to improve the accuracy of the gun now served a different purpose. This purpose was to focus all of the plasma into a single, massive, concentrated beam of particles that punched into the cruiser's reactor core and out through the back.

The massive burst pushed the ship back interval by interval even with the engines screaming at full blast. Fortunately the engines detonated and exploded the same instant the last of the beam trickled out. Causing the battleship to float aimlessly, praying that their gamble payed off while all the lights flickered off to conserve what little power still remained.

The Evoknight ship lay utterly motionless for second and then most of the lights flickered out as well as half of the guns still on the ship. Some were still firing at the ship but without the main generator to supply them, they were mainly half hearted bursts by the gunners that were still in a functioning turret. They were still surprisingly accurate.

Neilson jumped out of the command chair and yelled for the bridge crew to broadcast him over the intercom. He took a second to look at the poor bug soldier flailing around on the floor before broadcasting his orders.

"All combat personnel, prepare for boarding action, its gonna be a hot run for the ship so i need all of you in mech suits ASAP. And where the hell is my Personal mech? I want that thing fueled up and prepped to go the instant I get there! Get to it all of you, no pussy-footing around!"

He stopped at the door and pointed at Neon. "You get to hold down the fort while i'm gone". He then pointed at Dos "You get to go up to the cannon barrel through a maintenance hatch, if we can't get on that ship i want it gone. Cap, show her the way please." He gave them thumbs up. "We all good? Good. Toodles."

He ran out of the ship before anyone could say anything more.

Well the station might get new guests Empty
PostSubject: Re: Well the station might get new guests   Well the station might get new guests EmptyWed Jul 20, 2011 12:13 am

Everything was happening so fast, too fast. Before she knew it Dante was practically dragging her towards the bridge. And Thomas, he just seemed giddy about the whole thing. She wanted to scream at him that they were being fired on by aliens who were on a kamikaze mission to kill them, but she knew that it wouldn't do him any good. It was best if he didn't panic anyway. Dostaria was doing the panicking now. Her nails dug into Dante's hand and her eyes darted around the bridge. They were so close, she could see Station Two just a short distance away. If those Evoknights destroyed them, then they'd probably come for the rest of the humans next. The swarm of people rushing this way and that were invisible to her.

Dostaria shook with the ship as it launched what she could only guess was it's largest weapon at the enemy vessel. She watched the collision of plasma and metal, hoping with all her soul that the ship would be destroyed. The light from its engines exploding reflected in her eyes, which were nearly saucer sized. The Evoknight ship warped slightly, as if it's structural integrity was almost gone. The metal zombie shuddered and rolled onto it's side. It's lights flickered, but what was left of it's guns never stopped shooting. Dostaria flinched every time she heard a piece of ammunition collide with the ship. Every time they were hit, she could feel her heart rate rising.

Dostaria turned to Neilson, "Cannon barrel?! What do you want me to-" She whizzed around and stared a the ship. From the corner of her eye she'd seen a flash, a small glow, emanating from the ship. Light was gathering in one of the largest cannons on the very front of the vessel, quickly building itself into a blinding glow. It looked a little holy, like the light of heaven flooding over them all. Dostaria stared at the light, remembering Earth and Sigma. This had to be the infamous Evoknight death ray. This 'holy light' had killed millions, billions even. But it wouldn't get her. It was demonic, not holy. As if in slow motion, the light faded some and a helix of something more destructive than raw energy shot out toward them. She wrenched her hand away from Dante's, her face contorted into snarl. She could feel it now, death hurtling towards her. I won't die, I'm too good for death this way. She focused completely on the laser coming towards them. Bullet time. After a few seconds that felt like minutes, Dostaria's arms shot out and the laser was wicked from existence, with nothing left in it's place but darkness. For the split second she held the energy, it was like a thousand electrified suns whirring around inside of her chest. And it hurt too, like she was being burned from the inside out. Microwaved.

As quickly as it had come, the feeling was gone. The beam of energy that had been directed at Dante's ship was instead speared through the Evoknight vessel. She had to say, it looked magnificent. The light was the bane of the evil Evoknights! Crushing through them as if they were nothing, they were nothing now! Dostaria grinned broadly, almost insanely, as the spear of light send off a series of explosions from the ship. Finally, the laser vanished. That had been the first time she'd used her power in ages, she doubted she could something like that for awhile. Her high wore off, and she began to feel sore. And tired. Grabbing Dante's hand once more, she tried to keep her balance, a weak smile still on her face. I never knew I could do something like that.

Neon would just take command as he worked on getting the shield up.He started to type at a fast rate, and soon enough the ship came back in a steady rate as he wanted to head back to the station. He told one of his ant soldiers to pilot the ship into the loading dock that they had been okay to land in there.Off course they would need to wait, for the rest of the squads to check on the Evo vessal for research purposes. He pressed the intercom button for the whole ship to hear as he started to talk."Neilson and the first legion, get ready to board the wreck and gather any info from it"

As he looked around he didn't find Dos anywhere,so he went to look for her.As soon as he did,the most wonderful thing happened as the ship stopped moving. The threat had been taken care of and he sighed in relieve. He walked over to dos as he noticed that, she seemed to be light-headed.She grabbed his hand as she used it to steady herself,he picked her up as he tried to sense if she was in any pain."You did great, now come on....we have to make sure your fine"

He took her to the bridge again as he looked for Thomas. He didn't want him to be lost in the ship, but all that they would know is that they are going to meet some humans soon enough. He would put her in his chair as he layed her down gently,as he looked around the bridge."All hands get back to work,we survived and I want you to focus on any info we get"He now waited for them to get on the station, but right now he will need to think of a battle plan for the future.
